No. Placement preparation focuses mainly on getting hired. ELVATE focuses on developing the broader professional capabilities needed to operate effectively once you enter professional life.
Who can attend? +
This program is built for college students across any stream or year, as well as fresh graduates looking to build the essential communication, behavior, and professional capabilities required to thrive in the workplace.
Is the program online? +
The flagship program is planned as an online-first guided program, with practical activities, live sessions and feedback. Selected offline experiences may be introduced as the program develops.
What is the ₹999 registration? +
It is the early registration amount for the founding cohort. Final launch terms, including how the registration amount is adjusted against the program fee, will be communicated before payment.
Can I get a refund? +
